As a consumer you can withdraw from a contract for digital content within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason.

At checkout you ask for immediate access to the question bank and confirm this sentence: «I ask for immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins.» Once access begins, the right of withdrawal ends. Your receipt email repeats this confirmation.

To withdraw from a purchase whose access has not begun, write to support@drillfolio.com with your order reference within 14 days, for example: «I withdraw from my Drillfolio purchase, order reference …, made on …». We refund the full amount within 14 days of your request, by the same payment method.
